Default Favorite Song Off Of Van Halen's Newest

    1. "Tattoo"
    2. "She's the Woman"
    3. "You and Your Blues"
    4. "China Town"
    5. "Blood and Fire"
    6. "Bullethead"
    7. "As Is"
    8. "Honeybabysweetiedoll"
    9. "The Trouble with Never"
    10. "Outta Space"
    11. "Stay Frosty"
    12. "Big River"
    13. "Beats Workin'"

Personally I really like "Honeybabysweetiedoll". Starts out like Primus/Frank Zappa and morphs into classic VH! It reminds me of Dave with this...with the main riff..

I really hope this finds it's way onto the playlist for the tour! Wolfie carries the water for stretches and it made me grab my own bass to try to play along. Dave's scream right before Eddie takes off...yeah!

My 2nd fave is "The Trouble With Never"...ever any doubt that Wolfie can play and sing...this song CRUSHES the myth that the Open E-String Diddler was an integral part! The part where Dave does this growl singing and Eddie playing like a man possessed with a Hendrix "Crosstown Traffic" inspired riff-fest! Top it with Alex beating the snot in PERFECT time...I put it to a metronome...LOL!

    1-800-TELL ME!!!!

    Which ones are your faves!!!

Considering the album hasn't been released in the States yet you may have to wait for some responses, Doc.

Yet another fave of mine...listen to Wolfie...anyone STILL a fan of the pedestrian bassist that WAS in Van Halen?

At the 2:44 mark through the rest of the song...GO BOY GO!!!!!

    WOLF...WOLF...WOLF!!!!!

My favorites are Blood and Fire and As Is. There isn't a track on the album that I don't like. My least favorite is Honeybabysweetiedoll. I don't mind the song at all, but the damn Whammy pedal Ed is playing throughout gets on my nerves. Put that thing away!

"Blood and Fire" is the only one I don't like, except for the part where Dave says "Told ya I'd be back..."

To these ears, it sounds like they were bored and uninspired. Can't stand it when a band doesn't sound like they're having a good time.
