    Default Log Out button

Bob is there any way to get rid of the "Log Out" button at the upper right hand corner of the screen? There's no reason to physically log off the site once you're logged in you'll be logged out by default after a certain amount of time if I'm not mistaken. just curious. I know, I know curiousity killed the cat. LOL!

That thought has crossed my mind but I've never tried nor looked into it. And, yes you're logged off by default anyway.

What castle is saying in a nutshell is that the Log Out button serves no purpose

That's exactly what he was alluding to. If I'm checking you out at work or home, logging out in no way prevents me from knowing you were here, or anywhere else on the net for that matter.

I have a better question. Why is it anybody's business if someone wants to log out manually?

It is my understanding that the Log Out button is seeking legal representation...

I heard it wants to press charges against those of us who keep hitting it.

For the record castle (fact) and Tanaka (his opinion) are correct.

If anyone is interested in knowing the correct way drop me a PM.

That being said this thread is now Closed and we now return to our regular programming.

I was able to take out the Log Out button. And then I put it back. But, we shall see.
